Blueberry Crunch

Hello Everyone! This blueberry crunch recipe is coming straight from my friend Lauren (https://www.instagram.com/laurenpaigeathome/). She is a sweet friend I met on Instagram and is a toddler mom like myself, has a love for home decor, and all things pretty. Her home is beautiful! The moment she posted this blueberry crunch recipe, I knew I had to try it and share it with you guys! So without further ado, let me introduce you to Lauren and her delicious blueberry crunch recipe.

The blueberry crunch recipe came from my mother-in-law and is always a huge hit. Serve it warm with a bowl of vanilla ice cream, and you’ll be running back for more!


Husband's Favorite Blueberry Crunch

For the filling:

-Fresh blueberries (I used a pack and a half)

-Sugar to sprinkle on top and sweeten blueberries - to your liking! My husband likes it VERY sweet!

For the topping:

-1 cup of all purpose flour

-3/4 cup of oats

-2/3 cup of brown sugar

-3/4 tsp of cinnamon

-3/4 tsp of salt

-1 stick of melted butter

1. Wash fresh blueberries and place on bottom of 9x13 pan. Sprinkle sugar over fruit.

2. Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.

3. Melt butter and slowly combine to the dry mixture. Mix until crumbly and use a spoon to sprinkle over the blueberries.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
