Here is what you’ll need:
Flatbread Pizza Recipe
Flatout Rustic White Pizza Crust (the quantity will depend on how many people you are making for)
1 can of Pizza Sauce
Minced Garlic
1 package of Mozzarella Cheese
1 package of Pepperoni (optional)
1 package of Goat Cheese (optional)
I encourage you to get creative with the toppings and make the pizzas to your liking!
Creating the perfect flatbread pizza!
1. Preheat oven to 400*
2. Using a cookie pan, dust some all-purpose flour on pan to help avoid any sticking. Highly recommend adding some corn meal if you have it as well.
3. Take the flatbread and lay two flatbread pieces long ways on the pan. (we use an 12 inch wide pan as two of the flatbreads fit perfectly)
4. Lightly spread a little dab of minced garlic on the flatbread.
**The next two steps are crucial to be completed in order, otherwise the bread will get soggy. Cheese first, then pizza sauce!
5. Now add your layer of cheese. (mozzarella cheese with some goat cheese added in is our choice!)
6. Next add your pizza sauce.
7. Add any additional seasoning (fennel, diced garlic and garlic salt)
8. Add additional toppings that you choose..
**If you’re a real cheese lover, you can always add additional cheese on top of the final layer.
9. Put it in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until all of the cheese is melted and forms a golden layer on top.
