My Easy Lasagna Recipe
Lasagna is one of those meals that I love to eat as a year round comfort food! I think it’s best on a rainy evening with some garlic bread and a glass of red wine. YUM! I will never pretend to be the best cook, but I definitely love to cook a delicious meal, as long as the recipe is fairly easy. (lol) Today I am sharing my super easy lasagna recipe with you. The prep is super easy, and it’s a delicious meal!
Instructions
Boil lasagna noodles according to box instructions.
Cut the lasagna noodles to fit the size of your pan.
Brown onions in pan with minced garlic.
Add the beef to the onions. Brown the beef and drain.
Add all Marinara sauce to the beef and stir together. Season to taste. Tip: I like to add a dollop of cream cheese to add some extra creaminess to this mixture.
Add the egg to the ricotta cheese and mix.
Spray a 9x13 baking pan with non-stick spray.
